Plus the IRS PAYS FOR THE PRICE OF DOG, AND  DOG FOOD, for those that qualify and those programs. 

Usda state requires the parents to be Microchiped. Breeders who will accept there puppy or dog back at any time if necessary is always welcome. 

Number 1 priority is the dog safety and gets back to the owners and if unable then is more than welcome to come back here.
